Bret Fouche

Bret has abandoned us and has been missing for the last 6 months. No phone call/ message/ email outreach/ voicemail has been returned. Bret promised us something but never delivered and the lack communication is just unprofessional and hurtful. Buying a house is a big deal and having a helpful agent by your side can make the experience less bumpy. Chasing your own agent to deliver on the promises he made is just not done. I will not recommend Bret to anyone.

Bret is a great realtor. He truly cares about the needs of his clients. He is honest and has years of experience. Bret understands the ups and downs of the real estate market. He will price your home to sell, one way is to list at the right price. Price should be not too high or not too low. He wants buyers to come through the door, so he can let them know all the qualities the home has and make that connection with buyers. Bottom line, Bret gets the job done and you’ll be happy with the results. He goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. I’ll only recommend Bret Real Estate Team.
