This was the second house I have sold with the help of the Hultberg & Burgess Team, consisting of Brett Hultberg and Danielle Burgess. Not only do they they, both, have the highest professional standards and capabilities, they are a delight to work with. They were willing to go beyond the call of duty, so to speak, when it came to assisting me with matters related to the sale of my house; when I needed to be out of town, they offered to be available to act in my stead should some unforeseen incident occur regarding my house or some unanticipated action be needed.
