Brett helped me find and purchase my first home in 2011. Due to the great experience I had working with him then, this summer, when it became more and more apparent that I was outgrowing that condo, I personally sought out Brett once again. This time he helped guide me through not only purchasing a new place, but also selling my current place at the same time. His suggestions on items such as: asking price, pre-requisite conditions to ask for on the offer, and attorney, home inspectors, etc. recommendations all were invaluable in making the buying process a highly-successful experience.Due to a rather 'eccentric' next-door neighbor, the selling of my home was rather more nerve-wracking experience, yet Brett deftly handling all the out of the ordinary situations that arose during the time of the open house. At every step of buying & selling process, he was always responsive with answers to questions and updates either in person or by phone or text message. Overall I could not recommend Brett highly enough. He is a hard-working, ethical realtor, that is an invaluable asset for his clients

Brett made finding a place to live a pleasure and a dream. People going through life transitions (which is what looking for a home or apartment is) need compassion, thoughtfulness, and active guidance. Brett did all of that so much more than any other realtor I've met that there's no comparison. He also, by the way, just has more and better listings than anyone else I found. And along with being an incredibly nice guy, he puts in a \lot of work on a tight schedule to find a place that fits what you're looking for. I don't know how he does it with so many clients! It is important to me to have a professional I can trust doing business and representing my interests while finding quality prospective tenants. The only thing that outpaces Brett Neumeister's helpfulness is his professionalism. As a first time buyer Brett helped me to understand what to expect of various neighborhoods in the greater Boston area. When showing homes he was very organized, and put together a packet of the specs on various homes for later reference. He explained the importance of aggressive bidding, and made sure that this was followed through to the end. I would recommend Brett to any busy, working professional, especially if they don't have the time to sort through all the nit-picky details of what it takes to get their dream home in a timely, affordable fashion.
