As a first time home buyer, I was extremely fortunate to have Brian Daddona as my realtor. I had more questions than answers and Brian was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We started our endeavor in January and it lasted until our final closing date in June. This was due in part to my indecisiveness, yet Brian was so patient throughout. Again, as a first timer, I had no clue as to what I wanted or needed. I had Brian meeting me at all sorts of homes. In one instance, we had to park a few streets away because the snow was so deep and we trudged through it just to get inside and I totally dismissed the house. At times I really felt like I was putting him through the ringer, but he was always there ready and willing. We went to places that he knew I would never approve of, but still he answered my calls and e-mails promptly, met me at the locations on my schedule, and was prepared for each property. What I truly appreciated was the fact that Brian let me come to my own conclusions. He was not pushy or in a rush nor did he do anything that made me feel like I was wasting his time. Again, I cannot stress enough how many locations we saw. But when I found the one, he knew I was genuinely excited for it and he was so great during the bidding and closing process. And this was another moment when I knew I had the right man for the job. Brian has been involved in real estate for so long now that he has such a good working relationship and reputation with everyone we came across. The guy who came to do the inspection, the real estate lawyer, all of them were delighted to be working with Brian again. Even my mortgage broker knew him well! I could not be happier with how everything worked out and now my wife and I are enjoying our first home all thanks to Brian Daddona
