I highly recommend Brian. We spent several days looking at homes, and by the last day, he had "nailed down" exactly what I was looking for and the 3 homes he showed me that day were ALL Perfect. Brian reached out to the listing agents and found out 1 of them may be in a situation where they need to sell fast! We chose that one and got an incredible deal. 6 stars if it were allowed.

This guy is amazing. He continually visits all of the builders so he's very knowledgable on what is going on around the entire city. I had all sorts of questions for him and he had an answer for everything. During negotiations he informed us of all the options and what to stay clear of. What an awesome guy and I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Brian Petersheim handled our purchase of three houses in Maricopa, AZ. It's difficult to remember all the ways that he helped us. To start with, he educated us about all the facets of each neighborhood where he showed us properties. He discussed with us different ways to maximize our investments. Brian detailed to us how we should choose houses that will be in demand when we decide to sell. After five years, we started putting those houses on the market. Brian EVEN recommended painters and others, to make the houses like new, so we would receive the best offers. He gives GOOD advice on strategies of offering on houses, and on making counter-offers, to maximize how far our money will go. In all - Brian treats our business interests just the same as if it was his personal interest. You just can't get any better than that!
