Brain is a great real estate agent. I formed a great relationship with him he was easy to talk to, and understood what I was looking for within my budget. He didn’t try to put me in a house just to make a sale he made sure it was a house I would be happy with. Every time I viewed a new property he would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. I went through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I were comfortable with. The house I purchased I am; very happy with it thanks to Brian!
