I absolutely recommend Brian. As a realtor he is proactive to serve and willing to negotiate on your behalf. I call out the first, because of how he got our business. He met my husband and me at an open house that he was just closing down, and knowing there were other homes available in the neighborhood offered to show us those houses. Even though none of those homes suited us, his helpfulness prompted us to continue working with him.
