Last year my wife and I decided to move to another location in Fredericksburg so our son could attend Riverbend High School. We own and run a very busy medical practice, so the thought of finding the time to sell our home and find a new one in 9 months was distressing to say the least.We contacted the vice president of a very well-known bank in town to ask for recommendations for a good realtor.
