Horrible!!!! He represented to Toll Bros that he found our home when we had already been documented in their system - he accepted a check for 20k that he did not deserve - he completed the form without our knowledge- he was found guilty of ethical violation for our home sale by CO Assoc of Realtors- a real gem - just reinforces your lack of faith in the integrity of realtors

He is the worst of the worst - he acted as agent for both seller and buyer. He determined the price of our home that we were selling way too low so to make a fast sell for him and disadvantage us. He did everything for the buyers at our expense and did nothing to benefit us. And on the other end when we had already found a home he went back the builders office to sign a document that stated that he found the home and deserved the fee - all without our knowledge and consent. Takes a really horrible person to be that low class.
