Bryan Jacobs is the Principal Partner of RealSmart Property Group and his deep knowledge of the Silicon Valley real estate market has been built on over 30 years as a local real estate investor, property manager and broker.
He started his real estate career in 1987 as a loan research analyst at a large brokerage firm in San Mateo. At age 18, Bryan obtained his real estate license, and quickly jumped into the local real estate market purchasing his first investment property at the age of 22, and shortly after acquired 3 rental properties; eventually selling these three to purchase a larger apartment building in San Carlos. During the same time, Bryan became a partner in a mortgage business, later leading the company to launch the real estate division of the brokerage.
