We had the joy of working with Caitlin to purchase our new home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. While buying in the Bay Area can be a stressful experience, it didn't feel like it at all to us because Caitlin was so helpful with our transaction from start to finish. Caitlin was absolutely incredible in helping my husband and I purchase our first home in the Bay Area! We literally can not recommend her enough and have forwarded her to all our friends who have had just as positive of an experience in purchasing their homes! Not only is Caitlin responsive, punctual and exceptionally knowledgable of the Bay Area (she is a Peninsula native!) she is wonderfully down-to-earth and breaks down the home buying process in a way anyone can understand. Caitlin was a joy to work with. Buying a home is difficult and it's great when you have a realtor you know you can trust to give you the right information quickly and truthfully. We saw a number of homes and she was a great thought partner. Caitlin's management and driving the whole process allowed me as a buyer to solely focus on finding my new home and not the complication of buying a home.

Caitlin is amazing! She helped us to buy our house in the Bay Area, we are very happy with our property and very thankful to Caitlin for all her work and guidance to help us find the right place for us. As first time buyers we were very intimidated with the process and the real state lingo, Caitlin always had the time to answer every question we asked her, giving us tips and referring us to other great people of her network to work with. The result was a very smooth and stress free closing process. Before finding a great house and get into contract (this was our third offer), there were ups and downs (we were outbid the first two times in other houses, after all this is the Bay Area), but with her always positive attitude she convinced us that we were going to find the right house and she delivered! Caitlin helped me to buy my first house in 2019. I worked with Caitlin from the very beginning with an informal conversation re: how the process works, what pre-work I should do before looking (recommended a fabulous mortgage consultant too) and even answered silly questions like "How do you get paid? Do I pay you directly?". From there Caitlin was with me every step of the way and with her coaching and guidance I became confident and empowered in my search because I knew how much house I could afford, how much I wanted to spend (slightly less than my max budget) and I had my top criteria for a home to guide me. Caitlin was always willing to do a little extra digging to help me decide if I wanted to put an offer in by taking a second look at a listing on her own, diving into the disclosures docs or calling the listing agent with a follow up question. She always shared her perspective with me and then would fully support whatever I decision I made about a listing or criteria. Finally, I observed through the offer process how Caitlin is the kind of agent other agents want to work with: her "i's" and "t's" were always dotted and crossed, her communication was timely and transparent and she made sure we hit all the deadlines. Her reputation and approach helped my offer to be taken more seriously by the selling agent and the sellers. I bought the third house I put an offer on and it was 100% worth the wait. Caitlin and I both agreed upon seeing it that "this was my house": I really don't know who was more excited for me to get the keys after closing!

Caitlin is a great realtor. She is warm, friendly, kind and polite. She was great in providing us recommendations for contractors, meeting us at the property multiple times while we were under contract. She is reasonable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Caitlin to a friend.
