In a crazy market she was there. We were 2.5hrs away in Danville and had to travel up here to see homes in a market that was doing everything but going down in prices. Every single time we came it was a whirlwind tour of homes going off the market as we were driving up, homes that blew threw the selling price and even last minute homes that literally came on the market at the last second. All our cars put on mileage looking for homes. In it Candice kept one step ahead of us trying to get things to work for us and getting us out of situations that were not right for us. We enjoyed her so much we referred her to multiple people looking for homes. In a chaotic market it was great to work with Candice.

She made selling my property easy. I was selling a tenant occupied condominium unit from out of state. This is an extremely challenging transaction to do remotely. Due to her willingness to engage with my tenant, it worked. She knows so many businesses in the Charlottesville area that if I ran into issues, she knew who I should call. If you are looking for a real estate professional that has built long lasting business relationships in the community (a must for buying and selling real estate), then Candice is the real estate agent for you.

Candice is a very professional and helpful agent. She always kept me informed of the latest activity happening at my house. I didn't need to chase her down for information as I have with some agents in the past. She is a very proactive agent when it comes to deadlines and making sure proper documents are ready for closing. Also, she knows many people so if you need to do some things to your house before putting it on the market, such as painting or minor repairs she can lead you in the right direction.
