Cari was the buyer's agent and she helped our home purchase in the PV area in September 2020. When we started house hunting, we thought it would be an extremely difficult process - as we were living in east coast and traveling to west was with lots of restrictions due to the covid pandemic. We have known Cari for over 10 years, she helped us buy our first home. 10 years later, Cari & Britt helped us sell the same home. They were very instrumental in getting the property prepped for sale, and getting us through the process. It was even more impressive as we were no longer living there, and were out of state. Their contacts throughout the South Bay enabled us to be able to get the property quickly prepped for listing, within days of our tenants moving out. They were also able to coordinate numerous showings and help us negotiate the best price. During escrow, all of the agreed upon repairs were coordinated by Britt, and they enabled us to be very responsive to the buyers. I was looking for the right realtor when my mother and I met Cari at one of the properties she was representing at an open house. I think the first thing that drew us in was how genuine Cari is on the outset. When you meet her, she is incredibly open and warm. Our family had gone through a stressful year with my husband deployed (Active Duty Military) and my father passing away just a few months prior. When she helped us find the perfect house, she made sure to line up the inspectors and best professionals to make sure we knew what needed attention. She even created a spreadsheet to keep track our perfect house needed a bit of work! The seller was a bit difficult, but she was able to help us negotiate the best outcome we could get from the seller. Once we closed, she continued to be engaged to ensure that all our issues were properly addressed and that we were happy. Now that its all over, we consider her to be our good friend and not just our realtor.

From our initial phone meeting, Britt assured me that she had helped dozens of families in our situation.
