Simple and to the point: Carlos was superb in every way, shape and form. His responsiveness. His service. His knowledge, not only in real estate, but how seamlessly he navigated the waters of finance, mortgage and law on our behalf. He was able to find us our new home in the hills of La Mesa with a spectacular 180º west/east view, within very tight parameters: home needed to be close to family; home needed to be modern and contemporary (built this century); relatively close to freeway access (not too far east, southeast or inland). Talk about finding a needle in a haystack! Carlos not only found our life-long home, but he was able to negotiate with the seller to sell for $40,000 LESS than what the property was appraised for!! This entire transaction from beginning to end took less than a month!! Seriously. I don't know what this Christiano guy is writing with the one star review, but his experience with Carlos MUST have been an anomaly, an aberration, and frankly, I wouldn't put much stock in his comments. Next up for Carlos: I'm going to tap him to sell my old house. He displayed such excellence on my buying side, why wouldn't I consider him to help me on the selling side? No brainer. Do yourself a favor and tell your friends: Carlos Rodrigues is a diamond in the rough of real estate agents and will go to the edges of the earth to help you find your dream home!
