Charlie was the broker for the house I bought. I wasn't working with a realtor and since I felt comfortable with him I decided to let him represent me too. Charlie worked hard to get the price and terms to a point where the seller and I were both comfortable. He knows how to be attentive without being pushy. I'd work with him again.
