- Carmen and I connected, but did no business
Do not recommend. Looking for a house in Clermont/Groveland, came across Carmen and got nowhere(beautiful house, that has been on the market for a while now, I wonder why?) this process should have been worry free, I was not even able to set up a tour for this property. Customer service skills are not up to par, very rude and unprofessional. At times would not respond to my emails/text messages. She even accused me of not responding to her multiple times(that never happen). She is very rude and I would not recommend.
