Carol is a Northeast Georgia native who lived in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for over 30 years. During that time she was a licensed real estate agent and in 1987 became co-owner of CB Funding Services, a local mortgage company. The combined experience in both the real estate and mortgage industries have given Carol broad based knowledge and an understanding that is beneficial when helping clients through the most difficult real estate transactions.In 1996, Carol relocated back to Georgia to be closer to family. When family members brought her to Athens for dinner one evening, she fell in love with the city and instinctively knew that the area would be her new home!
