Carrie was the listing agent of the home we recently purchased. In 2016 she received a cease and desist letter from the state. From the very beginning, communication did not go as planned. On closing day we closed at 1 pm, our sellers were still moving out at 9:30 pm. At 10:30 pm we entered the house which was not even swept, dust bunnies covering the floor, refrigerator not wiped out, and the owners belongings still on the side of the house. To top it all off, the owners even left their dog excrement all over the lawn. Just what a new home buyer hopes for, to pick up after someone else's dog on move in day. Because we were kind and allowed them to occupy the home 8 hours after closing, we also got to spend $300 the next day on a cleaning fee and had to bring plastic bags to the house to clean up after their dogs...buyer beware....
