Cathi Litle

Cathi helped us find our home a couple years ago. We were on a time crunch due to the fact that I was pregnant with our third baby and needed more space. Cathi took our needs for a home and showed us multiple homes. We were the annoying clients that would send her listings at all hours of the day. But she never seems to mind and was always responsive. Cathi treated us as if we were her kids. We continue to connect with cathi to stay in tune with the market and will absolutely work with her when it comes to sell our home and purchase the next one.

Cathi is such a warm and caring person. We are so glad that we found her on our hunt for our first home. She was so patient and gave us good advice and enough space to process things along the way.
