- Cathie helped me buy a home
It's strange that we get this request to review Cathie almost 7 years after the fact, but even to this day we still tell people about what an amazing experience we had with her. Our loan was a VA Loan and this was our first house purchase. After the bank screwed up (something we were completely unaware of) causing us to pay for various things we shouldn't have, Cathie caught their screw up, and went to bat on our behalf with the managers at the bank to force them to correct their screw up. We got a large surprise paycheck at closing from the bank! She was always super punctual, super knowledgeable and didn't waste a second of our time. Every house she showed us met our criteria exactly, and everything about the experience was just amazing. If she's still in the business when we move, we'll be using her to sell the house, as well as possibly find a new one. You couldn't do better with Cathie.
