Ive been working with Cathleen for a while, first when I purchased my first home & now she helped my parents sell there home. Now she is helping my parents buy a new house. Obviously she is good at what she does or I wouldnt continue to work with her.

I've had a few good realtors, but Cathleen is the BEST! She stays on top of everything and keeps you completely in the loop. There's so many things that can go wrong in the process of buying a new home that it's truly wonderful to have a Cathleen, err, I mean amazing realtor, who can help make this process as smooth, easy and laughable as possible. I never had to call her to receive new information. She kept me up to speed on everything the moment she received updates. And if there were no updates, she updated me on that too. I can't stress enough how important this was to me given that this particular process had a few more hurdles than I felt necessary. But, at the end of the day, Cathleen got the job done!

Extremely flexible. For instance, answered texts and emails in the morning and at night after traditional office hours. Very knowledgeable. For instance, able to easily pull any information needed and didn't hesitate to offer additional information to me as first time home buyer. Completely dedicated. For instance, kept in touch and followed up at every turn, never a gap in communication and kept her help and presence available from A to Z during the home buying process. Cathleen helped me find a home and ended up purchasing the home with her assistance.

We had a great experience with Cathleen. She was alway available via text or phone call. She mad the process to buying a home quick, easy, and stress free. I highly recommend.

After a very sudden change of plans due to the pandemic, Cathleen helped us through our first house buying experience. We had a small vision and goal in mind and she took it and ran with it! Even though we were apprehensive about getting a home during a pandemic, Cathleen made this process seamless! Throughout the entire time, she remained relentless in getting our first home; from sending us listings at all hours and visiting different showings during quarantine, to being patient and understanding when we were indecisive. She helped guide us make right decisions by providing helpful suggestions and was always responsiveness any time we had questions. After getting our top choice denied and becoming completely discouraged, Cathleen remained diligent and one month later our original offer that was denied got accepted! We couldn't believe it seeing as though houses were going fast and over market price but she made it happen with our original offer (plus a concession)!! Not only was she an incredible agent, she also had a team of people that were pleasant & knowledgeable. By the time closing day came around, everything went so smooth, all we had to worry about was signing papers and smiling for pictures! Thank you sooooo much for everything Cathleen! We have our first HOME & can now start building residual income and generational wealth. I'm looking forward to working with her again for the next home ;)
