Having Cathleen there to guide me through the process and advocate for me made the whole home buying experience fun and easy. She truly provided concierge "white glove" service that eased my fears the entire time. It took me a long time to land the right house and she stuck with me like a champ.

My experience with Cathleen could be best described as having had a bold, smart and experienced squad captain as I stepped in quite green to unfamiliar territory, in an (at times) volatile mission. She helped me understand a number of critical elements which impacted my search for a new home, and ultimately helped uncover the perfect place for my family.

We flew in to KCMO and within 24 hrs Cathleen was meeting me at the airport, showing me properties that met my needs and requirements. I was very happy and impressed. Made an offer and the rest was a smooth process. Even at the end, during closing process Cathleen made the process easy and swift. I would highly recommend using her services again. I shall certainly look her up next time I'm in town. After 2016, I then bought again in 2017 and would always use her for all my real estate needs!

We had the luck and distinct pleasure to have Cathleen Roby represent us in purchasing our home in Parkville. Having relocated numerous times throughout the country we have worked with many professional and seasoned real-estate agents. When relocating the Kansas City, we conducted extensive research to help select the right agent. We needed someone who was well versed in the area, had experience with executives and their families with relocations and was familiar with the higher end homes. We selected Cathleen because she met the qualities we were looking for. We were more than happy with Cathleen as she exceeded all our expectations in what we thought an agent should be. Her knowledge of the area and familiarity with the homes was deep and more than I could have expected. I was particularly pleased with her ability to work through some hick-ups that were a result of our relocation company and no fault of her own. She is professional and a quick problem solver. She turned around what could have been a disaster into a win for us. Cathleen also made sure that she addressed the needs of our children which in turn helped ease their transition into our new home and neighborhood. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She was almost instantly available whenever I needed her or had any questions and she went far and above many times. She was representing me as the seller...and the buyer posed innumerable challenges. Through all of that, she was polite, helpful, professional, and friendly. I cannot recommend Ms. Roby, or her real estate firm, The Concierge Real Estate Group, highly enough. Her company is a brilliantly designed boutique real estate firm that provides an impressive array of services that trounces the big-box real estate competition. She is not only a real-estate agent, but a relocation agent. All for the same, or lower, fees. Yes, you read that right, Ms. Roby is competitively priced and offers more services. A lot more. Ms. Roby not only quarterbacked the usual marketing associated with selling a home, but she took charge of our relocation process. Our a home, a unique, if aging, residence in a unique development, was intended to be our "forever" home. We were caught flat-footed with the need to relocate out-of-state, so we had a vertigo-inducing number of repairs to do in order to get our home ready for the market. Ms. Roby helped with every step of the process. She recommended reputable vendors. She met with vendors when we were not available, which was often. A woman of impeccable taste, she recommended a color palette for our home. When it came time to choose a moving company, she set up interviews with prospective vendors, even interviewing several herself. When we had difficulties with payment or scheduling with vendors, she stepped in and quickly resolved the issue. We moved to an area with a tight rental market, so when we had difficulties locating a rental home, she tapped her national network of agents and property managers to aid in our search. When it did come time for marketing the home, she was adept at keeping our listing at or near the top of listings on all the major home search sites. After using a professional stager and photographer, she developed a video that she pushed out on Facebook feeds. When we moved a short time after our home went on the market, Ms. Roby continued the high level of service. She worked with our landscaping firm to make sure our home stayed in showing condition at all times. Most importantly, Ms. Roby was available for our late-night calls, the early-morning calls, and the lunchtime calls She maintained a flawless professionalism, even when dealing with our, I'm sure, annoying and excessive concerns and questions! When we entered an extended, nail-biting negotiation with the buyer, she provided wise advice and assurance, ultimately helping us close the deal for a price we could manage. My husband and I, like many people, are busy professionals trying to manage family and career demands. When an unexpected, out-of-state employment opportunity appeared, we had to quickly make the decision to sell our home and move. We felt overwhelmed by the amount of effort needed to relocate. We are researchers by profession, so the first thing we did was locate and interview the most highly rated real estate agents in the Kansas City area. Several interviews into our search, we began to question what services, exactly, we were getting for the nearly $20k in real estate fees. The answer, it turned out, was not much, until we met Ms. Roby.

We hired Cathleen to sell our existing home while we were building a new home. We wanted to make sure we could 'rent' it back if needed while waiting for the new house to be completed. Of all the realtors we interviewed she was the most personable and professional and offered constructive suggestions on what we needed to do to our current home before putting on the market. Everything she suggested we did and our home went on the market 10/28 and sold in 3 days! PLUS the buyers were perfect - we were able to rent back till we needed to move. It was the perfect scenario for both parties and we couldn't have been happier. Cathleen always answered our questions and if she didn't know she would find out. She was extremely kind and professional and we highly recommend her!

I was undergoing a cross-country move in a very tight timeline and Cathleen was always immediately responsive to my questions and requests. The neighborhood I was searching for was very small and highly competitive. A perfect house came onto market while I was still across the country and Cathleen immediately offered to Face Time me into a tour of a home, which allowed me to make an offer immediately and circumvent additional interest and offers that came into the Sellers the following morning. She's assisted me with finding contractors and home service providers, and has really been a significant asset as I go through this extensive moving process. I would highly recommend Cathleen!
