Cathy was a professional all the way throughout our home selling and new home buying process. She was very helpful, resourceful and assisted us in all the minute details involved. There was an issue with an excess water bill that came up after we closed on our new home (which the settlement office should have taken care of by contacting the seller) Cathy was able to resolve this smoothly without giving us any headache.
