We worked with C.C. Smith to lease our apartment in Atlanta, GA. After being referred to C.C. by a fellow coworker, she was nothing less than brilliant!Her awesome personality mixed with her outstanding knowledge on what we were looking for made this once difficult process nearly a walk in the park. Trying to find a new home is a very stressful process. Coming to the city of Atlanta from New York, my boyfriend and I didn't have much knowledge about Atlanta. The countless hours up late searching apartment after apartment and not being satisfied with anything was highly annoying.Then C.C came along. She made finding a new place to live A LOT easier. Her knowledge on the areas and type of apartment we were looking for made my boyfriend and I very comfortable and less worried with the searching. The fact that we needed a new apartment as fast as possible due to work circumstances, C.C. worked with us and kept in touch until we found our new home within our time frame!! For that we are grateful for her help and would recommend C.C to future home owners and renters!!
