It was a horrible experience for my wife and I. My wife viewed the home on three weeks before our lease was up at our old location. Celia stated that the home hadn't been viewed by anyone else and that we were first in line. After receiving our application fees, she disappeared for a week and suddenly text my wife stating that she had away. She stated that everything had checked out fine with our documents however; but she needed an additional fee to check our background since we were coming from Orlando. We paid the fee. at this point we sopped looking for homes and turned down the one less favored. She never called back and didn't respond until the week our lease was up, in an email stating two other applications were approved before ours. My wife and I both work or the state of Florida. Our backgrounds and income is excellent. we are now without a home anticipate moving into a hotel with our three kids which are 4, 2, & 1. Thanks for the great, and honest Christian services.
