All the people involved worked hard to give us the most stress-free experience. Cesar made sure we understood the process step by step and answered all our questions.

Cesar was an amazing real estate agent for our first home buying experience, and his associates exceeded our expectations as well. He made the month long process as simplified and as stress free as possible. As first time buyers, we had questions and concerns at times, and Cesar and his team always made sure we had answers and a clear understanding of the buying process. Thanks!!

Cesar spoke with me about many options with housing. He also gave me referrals on a debt consolidator. He gave me some options that gave me hope to be a home owner once again. Thank you Cesar soon we will find a home and close the deal with your knowledge and help.

I'm Chelsea Eckert. We are a Military family living in NY. We recently got orders to San Diego... I was so anxious and worried about finding a home all the way across the country. I was wondering, what if the place isn't nice? What if there are hidden things in the contract. Since I couldn't be there in person, I was so worried. Well, Cesar found me on Facebook, from a San Diego housing page, and offered his services to me and I could not have been more thankful! He did a video walk through tours with me, he contacted property managers, he sent me property listings, and he always got back to me in a timely fashion. He did everything in his power to ease my mind and make this a smooth transition for my family and I. He understood all the ups and downs of moving across country since he's done it before when he was in the Marine Corps, which helped me a lot, just knowing he understood what I was going through. I can not thank him enough for all he's done for my family! I'd personally recommend him to ANYONE looking for a home in San Diego! Thank you, Cesar!!!

Cesar will work with you day and night to get you the results you're looking for! You'll definitely be satisfied working with him!

Always been very helpful in providing timely and accurate information and resources regarding a pretty wide degree of topics. Everything from veteran home buying topics to starting small businesses. Always very friendly and happy to help!

I had Cesar as the real estate agent who was helping me. Cesar was very helpful and he made sure he gave me the right information and quickly responded to my emails! I was across the states and Cesar helped me with finding a home in a totally different area with no trouble. Thank you so much Cesar for helping me out!!

Cesar and his associates did a great job in helping us close on our dream home. We were able to negotiate our close under asking price in a timely fashion. We received a great deal of help with our closing costs, big thanks to Rick Suarez with Prime Lending. All the people involved worked hard to give us the most stress-free experience. Cesar made sure we understood the process step by step and answered all of our questions. If you are ever looking to buy or sell a home I'd trust Cesar and associates to make it happen.
