Charlie and Dana Coronado were by far the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. Charlie was recommended by a neighbor who had recently sold his home for way above asking price. We called him, and right away, he took the time to come to our home, assess the value, and recommend some upgrades that would get us the most buyers. He did his research before coming to the home and was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood and what buyers would want. He also comes along with a great team of people (Krista Masella, Cory Devayya, Joe, Gustavo, etc.) who are always available to answer questions and contractors who are ready and skilled to do the work needed. In the end, we got multiple offers (8 to be exact) and thanks to Charlie and his team, we are extremely pleased with our sale that came in at 100K over asking. My husband and I would definitely work with Charlie and Dana again and highly recommend them.
