Charlotte Davenport

Born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Charlotte graduated from Terry Sanford High School and set off for college at the University of South Carolina. After realizing she was truly a Wolfpack fan at heart, she transferred back to our great state to attend North Carolina State University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. After graduating in 2012, Charlotte interned in the Media Department with the Carolina Hurricanes and was an administrative assistant with a local Venture Capital & Private Equity firm before beginning her career as a Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway York Simpson Underwood. She obtained her eCertified®, iAgent designations, her Relocation Certification, and was selected to assist as a Buyer’s Agent for a large Real Estate Investment Company.
