I'm a numbers nerd and former engineer. When I studied for my MBA, I found my place with finances and number crunching. For Real Estate, this translates into detailed market comparisons and when helfpul, spreadsheets to help compare multiple scenarios.I think long term. Sometimes it's easy to get swept up in the current market or minor details of a transaction. As a Realtor and with my approach to negotiations, I can help rise above the details and emotions, and help keep us focused on the end results. I understand the market changes on a daily basis. I do have market areas that I know very well, but even in those cases, when it comes to my clients, I study their target areas real-time, so that I'm bringing the most up-to-date information to help make decisions. I am committed to education. I have earned my engineering degree, MBA, real estate license, several designations, and now my real estate Broker license.
