I had the good fortune of working with Chris and Kelly Phillips from Dec. 2022-Feb 2023. As an out of state executor, the Phillips team was extraordinalry helpful at looking at all my options for selling my cousins home in TN. He helped me explore pro/con of MSL, auction, flippers and auction for content. I found Chris online from out of state when we were making plans to visit Tennessee to look for a home. He answered my call right away and spent a lot of time getting to know what our family's needs were and what was important to us. When my husband and I travelled to Tennessee, Chris spent the better part of 3 days taking us to look at houses. He helped us get familiar with different neighborhoods and gave us a great sense of what we could buy and where we wanted to buy. It took us about 7 months to finally be in the position to sell our previous home and be able to purchase our new home (site unseen) from out of state. Both Chris and his wife Kelly, were always available and unfalteringly responsive during the entire process. They both really cared about the transaction and guided us through it all, answering a plethora of calls, texts and emails constantly. The market was very competitive, but Chris (and Kelly) worked tirelessly and got us right where we needed to be.Flash forward, and we are 100% satisfied and grateful homeowners, in a nice home and even better community! My husband, 3 kids and I are all very happy here.

Christopher Phillips is an amazing agent. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He will work for you and fight for the best contract on your behalf. He was able to get a better contract (deal) than we initially anticipated by getting the other side to include items we were expecting to pay for.
