I have always believed that business success is built on a level of trust and integrity built up over time, with the constituent that your business depends on. I hesitated to post a negative review but I'm also compelled to help others avoid my pain. Christopher was hired to manage rental property in GA, since I reside out of state. After 2 failed attempts to secure a good tenant he vacated the agreement saying he can no longer continue to do it. First tenant left with several months of unpaid rent and damage to brand new property. Second tenant lasted 3 months and left with partially unpaid last month. As if this wasn't bad enough he has decided to hold onto the $2,450 of the security deposit of $5,000 he collected from the tenant. He obviously did not think that he had inflicted sufficient pain, so he blocked any further communication and provided absolutely no explanation for his actions.
