I'll start off by saying that Chris is an awesome realtor! My family and I were moving to Phoenix from Manhattan and Chris went above and beyond to help us find a great home. Since we were not able to be in town for the full duration of our home search, Chris went to many of the listings for us and showed us them via FaceTime and gave us honest assessments of the homes and neighborhoods. Again, since we could not be in town throughout the whole closing process, Chris took it on himself to be there and orchestrate all of the various inspections required to ensure the house was in good shape. Chris also navigated the negotiation process like a pro and got us a great house and ensured that any deficiencies found during the inspection process were repaired prior to closing. Even after closing on our home, Chris continues to be an invaluable resource for us as we get settled into our new lives.
