After working with Chuck and Cindy for a few weeks on finding the perfect location, we were able to find our dream house at the first showing. The process from start to finish was highly organized and as stress free as possible.

Negotiation skills:Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. Chuck and Cindy were very knowledgeable about every area we went and looked at and the longest time I think I went without hearing from them when I had contacted them was maybe 10 minutes.
