We interviewed other realtors and decided on Cindy Bunch. Susan and I are so glad we chose Cindy as the sellers' agent for our home in Buford, GA. When we listed she researched the market and we determined the asking price based on the demand in our area. We really liked the process she did to set the asking price. We listed and Cindy recommended a person to help us stage the house for showing. They put a coming soon sign in the yard. When the house was ready it went active and we had a valid offer and we counter offered and it was accepted. It was sold in 3 days on the market. We set a closing date. Prior to closing we had some lightning damage to electronic devices and to the landscape lighting and irrigation system. We repaired quickly. Doug Bunch helped us to present this honestly to the buyers. This was a big help and the buyers accepted the repairs. They guided us through the home inspection and all the details to close. They were highly professional in walking us through the entire process and always kept us informed. We recently moved into our house that we had built. Cindy and Doug played a vital role to reach our goal.

Cindy and Doug were wonderful to work with. I used them to sell my home and help me purchase a new home. They are always available to take or quickly respond to my calls and are very experienced and knowledgeable. My home sold in a week and there were some roof issues that Cindy had to help me work through and negotiate with the Buyers. I was very pleased with the outcome.
