POOR COMMUNICATION, LIMITED MARKET KNOWLEDGE

Cookie was the agent for the buyers we bought the home from. I have never come in contact with a more unprofessional, rude, arrogant person in my life. She tried to tell us what we can and can't ask for from her clients. Told us we could not contact her clients at all for any reason, even though they had.given us their home phone, cell phone, work phone, and email. She did everything she could to stall the process and didn't keep her clients informed with information from us....we called them many times about various topics and each time they hadn't been informed about it at all from Cookie. She called my finances phone yelling at him that he had no part or say in this process, argued over which room was called what, what would he fixed or not, what we could negotiate or not...never in my.life have I had.to deal with someone like her. We're going to the commissioner...she needs to be fired.

Cookie helped us sell our mothers home outside of Reisterstown heading to Carroll County. The buyers, a young couple with one child and basically no money had an agent that was new and basically clueless. The buyers sent us a note saying how much they wanted this house albeit old. It was in the woods and they felt a great place to raise their daughter. Thanks to Cookie we worked through the details of the home inspectors list of our older house which we knew had no major issues. Our parents owned the home since the early 1970's and our father made sure things worked. Unfortunately for the young couple they had to deal with an inexperienced realtor who made the buying experience not what it should have been. I am not sure any of them knew the overdrive and work Cookie put in to get this deal done for us and them. Thanks to Cookie not only did our house sell, but this young family now enjoys a little over an acre of woods in a cozy rancher with a fireplace, screen porch and outside deck. Every time I drive by to go to my sisters house I see something new on the property. You can see they are enjoying the home. The last drive up the road I saw a small chicken coop which reminded me of when my brother had a few chickens when he was growing up there. Next time you need a realtor in our area call Cookie and Dave, otherwise you are wasting your time.
