We recently had the good fortune to find Cory as our realtor. My son was living out of state and had a weekend to find a house in Springfield. We gave Cory our budget as well as our unrealistic expectations for that budget. Cory showed us a few places the first day to get a feel for what we could expect with what we had to spend. After realizing we needed to give somethings up Cory helped us figure out what things were most important to have in his home. While we did not find a place that weekend we did find some to look at without my son present and within a few weeks did put a bid on a the perfect place for him. He purchased his first home based on pictures and Cory's recommendation. In the end Cory found a home that was both within budget and actually checked all the boxes from our list.
