Courtney Charzuk

Courtney is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Charlotte area. When we first reached out to Courtney, we knew we weren't planning ok moving for at least a year. Even knowing that, Courtney still took a full day showing us different homes and neighborhoods in the Charlotte metro area. Throughout the next year...she kept in tough her with us, seninudg us listings m, etc. My husband and I were relocating from Pennsylvania to the Charlotte area. Having Courtney by our side through the process certainly made the already stressful time a little less stressful. She was there for us throughout the entire process and even after closing. I have recommended here to several people and will continue to do so. Although we have no intentions of moving anytime soon, if that time ever comes...she'll be our first phone call!!
