Cristina is the BEST! She was very aggressive with her approach (which is something you want when it comes to buying a house) and she got us the most beautiful home possible! She was always on top of her game with updates and keeping us in the loop every step of this stressful process! She responded quickly to everything and was the most helpful. She gave us thorough walk throughs of each home. She booked our appointments quickly for homes (which again is something you want especially in this area) and got us in an out in a great time. When it came time to paperwork she thoroughly explained every detail so we had no questions left when we walked out of her office. She was very informative. We will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home and will definitely use her again in the future. Cristina was highly recommended and I was told that she was very personal as opposed to my last realtor who just sent me emails about properties, so we called her specifically.She was AMAZING!!!! If a different realtor came out in her place I would have been depressed! She gave us all the local area info before we went out there, she knew how much work we would need to do, she was just FUN to have around. It is very obvious that she cared about me. You don't see that often.She went WAY above to keep me informed. If something changed, I didn't find out that day... I found out within an hour. I knew that if had any questions she was just a phone call away. She stayed on everyone else to make sure timelines were met. We almost lost the house due to the auction house trying to pull a scam and she prevented it.If it wasn't for Christina, I am sure that I would have been scammed out of thousands of dollars from this seller. I believe that if I had anyone else, they wouldn't had fought as hard and I would be totally screwed and unable to even buy a house now.
