Curt was so patient with my many questions and very responsive to my phone calls. He walked through my existing home with me to help me decide what updates and changes should be made before listing it, and showed me other homes in the same price range. Very honest and down to earth, and a great sense of humor too!

My husband and I were thrilled to work with Curt! Even though we know that he had many other clients, he made us feel like we were his top priority at all times. He was never too busy for us, always willing to take us out to see a property right away (even if it was an oddball), and was simultaneously enthusiastic about pushing to find what we wanted while also being realistic with us. He provided excellent advice through every part of the home buying process, including encouraging us to obtain a few additional inspections that saved us from being in a potentially disastrous position. We very much appreciate all his hard work, advice, and skill, and would happily and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

I have never written a review before but I do feel compelled to share with others that Curt and his entire team were incredible throughout my home-buying process. Curt is NOT pushy and there is no hard-sell. He is thoughtful, thorough and well-prepared. He saved me a significant amount of money by locating defects in the property that I would never have found. Honestly, although this is my first Arizona purchase, I have purchased many other properties and in multiple states. Never before have I had a realtor AND the lender attend a closing! I was dumb-founded. It was a pleasure to work with Curt and his team. I recommend them without qualification

Curt was extremely helpful, and was tolerant of changes and schedules. He listened to what I wanted and then narrowed down properties for me. He was responsive and timely in all things. He has stayed in touch and followed upo with me even after the sale was complete. I could not ask for a better agent.

We found Curt by chance. So we had no references prior. Curt took time to understand our needs and then found the home of our choice. Curt is a true professional. He cares and listens. His suggestions were very useful in us deciding our home and we are happy that we listened to him as the value has increased. His service is excellent. The first experience was so good that we bought a second home through him. Curt's service has not ended with just helping us buy a home. If there are any maintenance issues, he is always willing to help and at times does not even charge for minor issues. We have found an awesome friend in Curt and highly recommend him. He is just simply awesome !!!
