The guy is a royal douche. My regular realtor was not available I needed a realtor fast he literally had to do nothing yet he took advantage of my wanting my home. Thank God for my banker she protected me 110% got me a title agent etc. he couldn’t wait to get his commission check. I did a termite treatment at one of his personal properties that was $545 he never paid and I had to pay need I say more??
