As a first time homeowner, I really appreciated Dales expertise. Hes thorough, and available to answer all of our silly questions! We didnt have an agent, and Dale was very easy to find. We were looking for information on a new development, and Dale was the one agent whos informative youtube video showed up in a google search! We thought it was early on in the process but contacted him, he responded right away, and said it was a good thing we spoke up when we did, the units were not even built yet but were selling fast.

I originally found Dale on social media and I began following him because I appreciated his informative videos for buyers. Once I was finally ready to purchase my own home, my sister sent me the info. of a realtor who she highly recommended; it didn't surprise me to see that it was Dale Corpus! From our initial conversation, Dale was very knowledgable, straight-forward and answered any and all questions that we had. Throughout the process of looking at homes, Dale always made sure that he or his amazing assistant, Allie, scheduled a convenient time to take us. Sometimes I would want to see the same home after visiting it during open houses and Dale always found a way to work around our schedule. In terms of offers, Dale is extremely diligent. He would creatively package our offers ensuring that everything was clear, cohesive and attractive to the listing agent. He always listened to my concerns or questions and was efficient in finding a way to find solutions. He would read through the disclosures and give me any heads up on things I should look out for. He would also prepare and send me comps of nearby homes to help me come up with a reasonable yet competitive offer price. Communication is one of Dale's many assets. Dale was always quick to communicate with me and my partner about the current market, our offers, and took initiative to always reach out to my broker and any listing agent. Even though this is my first time buying a home, Dale always spoke to me with respect and never made me feel as if I didn't know what I was doing. He always made sure to keep me well-informed throughout the process. We cannot thank Dale and his team enough for all of their hard work.
