After 28 years of selling real estate in Winchester, I feel like I have been inside almost every home in the area. My resume will tell you that I am regularly in the top 10 in ERA worldwide ranking and was even 2nd in 2008. However, I rarely sell a property more than 20 miles from my own home.
I am considered by some to be Winchester's biggest fan--I try to watch what I eat, have a personal trainer and run the occasional marathon. Winchester has so much to offer. If you are involved in the community, real estate practically sells itself. From the Little Theater to the Apple Blossom Festival, literally hundreds of "fun runs" and marathons, the local SPCA (I maxed out on cats and dogs, but I still help them advertise) historic tours, home tours, graveyard tours (Halloween is pretty special), Winchester has it all and I am blessed to be a part of it.
