Damian Del

Damian listened to our wants in a home and found the perfect home for us. His negotiating skills were excellent. This is my seventh purchase, all with different realtors, and this is the only purchase that closed early and with no problems. I would suggest Damian to anyone looking to buy a home.

Damian listed my Mothers home after she passed away. He was very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to a probate sale. He had an open house almost every weekend. He was knowledgeable about the listings comparable's in the area and I felt the house was priced right for a quick but profitable sale.

I bought my first house almost 7 years ago. As a single female it was a great accomplishment and I had a lot of pride in being a home owner. Recently, I knew the time had come to sell and as the fates would have it, my path crossed with Damian Del Rossi (Who from this point on will be referred to as "Damian"). The amount of work he put in for me not only to sell my house but to ease my mind in the process I can't say enough about. He kept in communication with me every step of the way, from getting it ready to put on the market, to setting up the open house and any other small detail, he made sure I was informed and was happy with how things were going (It seems to be extremely important to him that his clients are happy above everything else).So, to my surprise, I received multiple and I mean multiple offers on my house. I am not an agent and do not know much about the Real Estate market but he sat down with me and we went through every offer that came in. He was extremely patient with my questions (Which I tend to ask a lot) while we made our way through the offers. In my case, due to his amazing ability to market and network, I had a bidding war over my property. And when the best in final offers came in, he did the same with me again, looking over them and helping me pick the best one. I hadn't known Damian prior to him helping me but here are some of the characteristics I observed and why I would recommend him to anyone. He is extremely thoughtful to every aspect of the sale (Its still kinda emotional to sell your first house even when you are doing it because you want to), I could always rely on him, I could always get ahold of him, he has a philosophy that a good sale is when both sides are happy (meaning no one is taken advantage of and this THIS was one of the main reasons I felt so blessed to have him as my Realtor), he's honest, he has great negotiating skills and he is 100% there for his client...We found an amazing buyer for my house and I'm so glad this person was the one to buy it (And I'm not speaking from a total emotional level, I did really well myself). As we all know the escrow process can be just as stressful for both sides just as the decision to sell or buy. Again, he was by my side through the whole process making sure I was happy and helping me with anything that needed to be done.I cannot recommend him enough. I could go into extreme detail about all the time he put into me being his client to make sure I was happy and comfortable, about all the small (but to me were big) details that he took care of for me but this review is for people who are looking for an agent. So all I can say is, if you want an agent you can trust, makes your interests his interests, goes above and beyond what most agents do and wants you to get the best deal for your house or find you the best deal. Message Damian. There is not one area of my experience in selling my first home that I was disappointed in and I can't thank him enough

Hands down the best! Damian had helped my wife and I purchase a home at the beach and not only did we get a great price, but told us that we were going to sell it in a couple years for a big return to which we did! We couldn't be happier with the decision we made. Damian has become a trusted advisor and a great friend. I would recommend him to anyone!

Damian had searched high and low to find us our new home. In all honesty I think most people would have quit, but not Damian. His perseverance led us to our dream home and he negotiated hard for us to get us the absolute very best deal. Over the moon is an understatement to define our experience. We love Damian!

I had my home on the market with 2 other agents for about 2 years and I did not see as much attention to my home in that time that Damian had brought to mine in 3 weeks! Damian had got us our first offer within 23 days of listing and told us to sit tight. He showed the house almost daily and our open houses were packed! We received our second offer shortly there after and sold. I couldn't believe how hard he worked and the attention to detail he had. He brought in his crew and gave us the white glove service from start to finish. If your not using him to sell your home your not selling! He will be our agent for life. Great Job Damian!
