Dan has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including a decade in the unique San Francisco market. As a top producer, he has helped customers buy and sell more than $200 million worth of condos, single-family homes, TIC’s, lofts and two- to four-unit buildings. He’s a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Dan is known for his personalized service, and is proud that 90 percent of his new clients are from referrals and three-quarters of those who work with him become repeat customers. A month after earning a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs at Sacramento State University, he bought his first home.
