Dane listed our mom's house last year in an estate sale. Prior to that, he listed our house and helped us locate and purchase our home (5 years ago). He is very knowledgeable of the local area and has always been available to answer any questions we may have during the buying/selling process. We wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Dane helped us to close this deal smoothly. He is excellent in dealing with the listing agent and bank. The property was foreclosed and unwanted things dumped in the garage. Dane negotiated with the bank to clean it up and made it happen. In simple words, Dane go extra mile for you! Highly recommended.

- Dane and I connected, but did no business
Dane Horton was horrible. Late to meeting. Slow to reply to emails. Slow to return calls, or no returns at all. After a few days, I let him and his wife, Kahni Horton go. I found Dane to be very superficial and not genuine .
