Dan took on the difficult task of helping my then-fiance and I search for our first home while planning our wedding and working difficult hours. Dan is a rockstar! As first time home-buyers my husband and I asked so many questions and contacted Dan so often that we had to be some of his most annoying clients! He stuck with us, however, for the long year it took us to get our home!He showed us a ton of homes and really knew a lot about the history, school districts etc. of neighborhoods we were interested in. He steered us clear of a couple of homes that could have been disaster fixer-uppers (he even took a rusty nail to the foot at one home we dragged him toSORRY DAN)!!!! He is a trooper!We ended up with a short-sale that took approx. 6 months to get, but it was smooth sailing thanks to Dans research and knowledge!
