We were going on a previously-planned long overseas vacation the day after we made the offer, but Dan assured us we could do everything over the internet (e Signatures), using Fedex/UPS where absolutely necessary. And he was right! In summary, Dan is an incredibly good real estate agent, in demeanor, work ethics and sheer capability. The best I have seen. Hall of Fame material!

We are relocating from Portland, OR to Tucson. It is a scary proposition to move out of state. We felt like we had seen inside half of the homes in Tucson because of the real estate websites. Let me just say that real estate photographers do a very good job of "creative" advertising. What you see is most definitely not what you get. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and literally made the overall experience amazingly easy. He does what he says he is going to do and has excellent communication skills. We truly felt that he was watching out for us and pointed out issues that a home may have had, that we would never have noticed. Dan showed us homes on Fathers Day because that was the weekend we were in town. He said that his clients become friends and we now see why. Do yourself a favor and chose Dan to represent you. We closed last week and couldn't have asked for a better agent to represent us.
