We had a great experience working with Danny. He helped us sell our home in West LA. We interviewed a number of agents. Danny stuck out as the most organized and friendly, but also the most direct and no-nonsense approach to the sale of pour home. Which was unlike all the sales pitches we heard. He came to our initial meeting completely prepared which obviously speaks to a level of professionalism. That carried through once we got down to working together. He helped us stage our home, get it organized and ready for sale. We received 4 offers and through some good negotiating that Danny suggested we got a price for our home over what we even expected it to sell for. Danny managed the sale very smoothly and we closed on time. We will be using Danny to purchase our next home as well. We can't recommend him enough.

I recently sold my home to buy a condo as I travel allot for work, and the upkeep of a house was too much. I interviewed four different Brokers and selected Danny Mahelka to sell my house. He was the only broker who had a full business plan on what he was going to do and how he was going to do it in order to get my home sold. He had a full marketing outline that was far beyond any of the other agents I saw. Danny did exactly what he said he was going to do we had multiple offers on my home and it's sold in under 2 weeks well over the asking price. He also helped me find a replacement condominium and worked very hard to negotiate a great price and get me exactly what I wanted. Now, his business plan was very detailed but illustrated what he and his team will do. (We Service A LOT) he made sure to ask the right questions and request specific information that is vital in an inspection such as the one we performed. All around He is a positive person and a pleasure to work with. His professionalism speaks volumes. I have already referred him to newlyweds who are first time home buyers! I feel confident that he will advocate for them and provide exceptional service. Character is what you are when no one is looking! It's pretty unusual for people to seek people out bc they made such no impression over the phone. Character is what wins these days . I have the feeling you're I. Good hands with this one.

Not that Danny needs yet another 5-star review, but wanted to let you know about my second experience with him. When my tenants moved out, I was ready to sell my condo. Danny again advised that he thought I should continue to rent it a little longer. No, no, I insisted, so we tried to sell. Of course, I know exactly how buyers think, because after all, I have bought property. Well, turns out that my sample size of one, didn't quite hold up to Dannys wealth of experience.
