Dave was amazing through the selling and buying process. He made sure we had our house ready for the market by setting us up with a staging consultant so that our pictures would be amazing. Through his networking we were able to sell our home two days before it hit the market! We had two strong offers and he assisted us with making the tough choice between them both. His communication was excellent and he has surrounded himself with great people. He and his team were flexible during our home search and showed us dozens of properties until we found the one! He made sure we were on top of all that was needed to close and we were able to close on the sale and the purchase within two days of one another! We could not have done it without him!
