David Chase

David Chase, President and owner of Chase & Associates Premier Properties, grew up in Decherd, Tennessee. After high school he attended Middle Tennessee State University on a full music scholarship. Following his dreams, he became a highly accomplished studio and touring drummer, working with some of the best musicians and artists in the business. He ended his career in music as the touring drummer for the legendary blues artist Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown. From a young age David also had a second passion of real estate, obtaining his affiliate license in 1995 and his broker’s license in 2002. He honed his skills in market research, land analysis, negotiations, contracting, land acquisitions, land development, and marketing while working for Edsel Charles, owner of MarketGraphics from 1996-2003.
